This demo shows the Side-By-Side Bar series view that you can use to compare values for each argument.

In this demo, you can enable/disable series point labels (the Show Labels option) and adjust their position relative to bars (use the Label Position and Orientation drop-down lists).

When the labels are displayed inside bars, use the Label Indent setting to specify the inner indent from the bar edge.
