The DevExpress ASP.NET Rich Text Editor (ASPxRichEdit) allows you to insert inline pictures into a document.

To insert a picture, move the blinking cursor to the appropriate position within the document and click the Picture item within the Illustrations group of the ribbon's Insert tab. The pictures you insert can be located on your computer or on the web. You can also move, transform and delete pictures in a document.
