The DevExpress ASP.NET Image Slider (ASPxImageSlider) supports the virtual paging mode that allows end-users to load images on demand when navigating using the pager.

In this demo, the SettingsBehavior.EnableVirtualPaging property is set to true, allowing the ASPxImageSlider to dynamically load requested items (VirtualPagingItemsPerRequest) using callbacks when a pager's navigation button is clicked.
