Test Object Exists

The RuleObjectExists attribute demands that a particular type object satisfying a specific criteria exist in the database. Here, this rule is checked when the current object represents a student (see the Position property). For this purpose, the rule's TargetCriteria property is specified.
This rule demands that there must be teachers who teach the subject assigned for the student.
