The Bootstrap Spreadsheet supports the use of Excel inspired comments - additional informational texts for individual cells. Comments are extremely useful when you need to provide additional information, such as reminders, notifications, or feedback in a document without modifying cell content.
The Spreadsheet displays comments in a floating text box anchored to a cell. The cell containing a comment has a red triangular indicator in the corner.
Your end-users can annotate a worksheet by adding new comments, editing, hiding or deleting existing comments, moving and resizing the comment box. End-users can manipulate comments by using context menu items, a specific Review ribbon tab or by dragging comments and their sizing handles.
